How to Train Your Hydro Dragon 5

Your Inferno and Chaos Dragon have been reigning supreme, but it’s time for your Hydro Dragon to play on a level playing field once again. The Hydro Dragon has joined your Inferno and Chaos Dragon at level 250. 

With new levels, there are new stats that you need to be aware of. Keep reading to learn everything you need to know about Hydro Dragon level 250. 

The Details- Enter the Dragon’s Den

Our Dragon’s Den is ever-evolving with more and more upgrades to our Dragon. Today, when we enter our Dragon’s Den, the interior looks much different than it did just a year ago. Currently, what you will see when entering your Dragon’s Den includes:

  1. Chaos Dragon (Max Level 250) 
  2. Inferno Dragon (Max Level 250)
  3. Hydro Dragon (NEW!! Max Level 250)
  4. Terra Dragon (Max Level 200) 

Based on previous patterns, we expect to see our Terra Dragon getting its own upgrades soon; however, for now, it maintains a max level of 200.

Hydro Dragon Level 250 Stats

So what kind of Stats are we looking at when we look at new Hydro Dragon Levels? This Dragon continues to have a Ranged focus. In addition, the latest stats have some bang and are worth taking a closer look at. 

Below you can see a detailed breakdown of the stats available with the Hydro Dragon and how they will impact us as players. All of your skills will get referred to as Dragon Awakening with new levels; therefore, we have broken them up by use. 

Keep in mind that some of the stats you will see on your Hydro Dragon will be even higher than what you see on your Inferno Dragon. 

Dragon Specific Skills

These Skills are specific to your Dragon and affect your Dragon’s HP, defense, and attack. 

  • Defensive Talon (Max: 565,000%). (Defense)
  • Hydro Dragon Onslaught (Max: 696,000%). (Attack)
  • Dragon Strength (Max: 378,000%). (Health)  
  • Ultimate Hydro Dragon Growth (Max: 500,000) This is your Dragon HP skill. 

Type Stats

These are going to be your type stats. So these stats will be effective for your troops in various situations. We are going to see three types of type stats here, and of course, this is going to apply to your Infantry, Cavalry, and Ranged Troops.

  • Type Attack (Max: 377,000%) 
  • Type Defense (Max: 464,000%) 
  • Type Health (Max: 252,000%) 

Attack Specific Stats 

Here is where we really start to delve into specific skills. Here we see stats that are for attackers attacking Empires only.  

  • Empire Assault Attack (Max: 565,000%) 
  • Empire Assault Defense (Max: 696,000%)
  • Empire Assault Health (Max: 378,000%)

General Troop Stats

With these stats, we are going to delve into some general combat stats that will help to strengthen your troop stats in various situations. These are stats that are going to be beneficial in multiple situations. 

  • Troop Attack (Max: 251,000%) 
  • Troop Defense (Max: 309,000%)
  • Troop Health (Max: 168,000%) 

Wonder Specific Stats

These stats are where we will start looking at Wonder Specific Stats. These stats are only applicable to various Wonder Battle Situations. 

  • Wonder Rally Troop Attack (Max: 565,000%) 
  • Wonder Defender Troop Attack (Max: 565,000%) 
  • Wonder Troop Health (Max: 252,000%) 

Ranged Stats 

These stats are specific to strengthening your Ranged Troops. This is where we see our Hydro Dragon really becoming specialized.  

  • Ranged Attack (Max: 565,500%)
  • Ranged Defense (Max: 696,000%)
  • Ranged Health (Max: 378,000%)
  • Ranged Attack and Ranged Attack on Battle Marked Targets (Max: 848,250%)

Debuffs

The final stat to cover is your debuffs. The Dragon only offers one debuff in the form of Attack Debuff. However, this is great for all styles of play. 

  • Attack Debuff (Max: 201,000%) 

The Cost

Currently, Hydro Dragon levels appear to mimic that of the Inferno and Chaos Dragon Beyond 200. If any of the collected numbers are incorrect, please let us know. If you can help fill in missing data, please let us know. 

The Costs below have been community gathered; based on gathered costs, we have extrapolated some of the following Data. You will need Hydro Dragon Level Up Crystals (Level 201-250) to level up your Dragon beyond 200.

The Hydro Dragon Beyond 200 and You

There are a few important things to note when it comes to the Hydro Dragon Beyond 200:

  1. New Dragon levels are going to have increased stats which will just serve to make you stronger on the attack or defense. 
  2. Keep an eye on the cost to skill new nodes; recently, new nodes are costing more than one or two points per level. Make sure you use your skill points wisely. 
  3. As always, make sure you take advantage of Hydro Dragon Events as you level up to increase your rewards and keep your Empire moving forward. 
  4. New Hydro Dragon levels have higher stats than your Inferno Dragon so keep this in mind as you decide what Dragon you want to send into battle. 

In the sections below, we are going to cover the areas you should focus on skilling when you are leveling your Dragon Beyond 200. However, keep in mind that even when you are skilling within those categories that if you are short on skill points, there are skills you should prioritize over others. 

New Dragon Levels for Defenders 

While new Dragon levels have continued not having Empire Defender stats, it is still essential to keep an eye on these levels for the type stats. These stats will really help boost your account. 

Defenders focus on these stats:

  • Type Stats
  • Ranged Stats
  • Dragon Stats
  • Debuffs
  • General Troop Stats

New Dragon Levels for Attackers

New Dragon Levels for our Attackers bring a plethora of great stats to continue boosting your account and will help you crush your enemy. 

For our Attackers, when you are looking to level beyond 200 and skill, you will want to focus on the following stats:

  • Type Stats
  • Ranged Stats
  • Empire Assault Stats
  • Dragon Stats
  • General Troop Stats
  • Debuffs 

New Dragon Levels for Wonder Players

Finally, last but not least, our Wonder Players also will get a significant boost from new Dragon levels. 

As our Wonder Players look to level up their Dragons, they will want to look at the following stats when skilling:

  • Type Stats
  • Ranged Stats
  • Wonder Stats
  • General Troop Stats
  • Dragon Stats
  • Debuffs
