A Dragon Dimension July 2021 Recap

The dog days of summer are quickly flying by and we have now entered August! Did you know that World Emoji Day was in July? Hopefully, you bombarded your Game of War friends with emojis to celebrate!

As yet another month has passed it is once again time for a monthly recap. As we head into August and fall gets closer and closer, let’s dive into what July brought to the table for the Dragon Dimension of GOW.

Summer Games Kick-Off

Last month we saw Summer Games in the Dragon Dimension kick-off. These events are our very own Olympic Celebration in-game. Good look to all teams as we head towards wrapping this event up in August. Also, I am gonna need my team to pick up the slack some, k?

New Banners

We have four new banners from July. These banners have a combination of stats that are good for defenders, attackers, and Wonder players.

Silent Dagger Banner
- 124,000% Empire Assault Attack
- Good for Attackers
Silent Strength Banner
- 83,000% Empire Defender Health
- Good for Defenders
Silent Fortitude Banner
- 83,000% Empire Assault Health
- Good for attackers
Special Ascension Banner
- 37,000% Troop Health
- Good for players of all styles

VIP 200

VIP now maxes at level 200. With this VIP release, we saw the release of one new special feature.

The Details

With VIP 200 we can now unlock VIP add hero skill points, there are two different features with this:

Hero Skills to Here: This unlocks at VIP 191 and allows you to unlock all previous nodes with minimum points to get to where you want to go.
Hero Skills Max to Here: This unlocks the ability to unlock a node and all nodes prior to it are maxed, this unlocks at VIP 195.

Draconic Disruption Research

Draconic Disruption Research is special in the fact that it comes with new stats we are seeing for the first time ever. This research is now providing debuffs that are specific to Wonder play. These new stats are:

Enemy Wonder Defending Troop Attack Debuff
Enemy Wonder Rally Troop Attack Debuff
Enemy Wonder Troop Health Debuff

Potions

It has been a minute (march) since we have seen new potions in the Dragon Dimension. However, new potions have arrived. We have multiple new vials and ingredients that range from type stats to play style-specific stats.

The Details

You are going to see four new vials with type-specific stats. Infantry, Ranged, and Cavalry vials will have the same stats. However, the Siege Vial has slightly higher stats.

New Hero IV Levels to 250

For the first time, we are seeing our Hero IV get an upgrade. This Hero now maxes at level 250. In order to level up Hero IV, you will need, Hero IV Medal (Level 151-250). This of course brings about the question of whether or not we will see Hero IV Mastery next.

Hero IV also has some of those new debuffs we are seeing for Wonder players. Check out the stats on new Hero IV levels:

New Lifetime Boosts

Our boost hall continues to give us added stats on the battlefield. This is a great place for stats for every type of player. The stats we saw released for the boost hall this month focus on attackers and Wonder Players.

Pantheon Level 80 and New Deities

Our Pantheon in the Dragon Dimension has now increased to level 80. We continue trying to collect Pantheon costs for you. However, we are still missing many Pantheon costs, if you are able to help us out with these that would be great!

For new Pantheon levels, you will need Pantheon Upgrade Scrolls, and Tributes (71 to 80).

New Pantheon levels come with new Deities to level up.

Pan’s Triad Burst
- Unlocks at Level: 60
- Stats Provided: Enemy Troop Attack Debuff
- Tributes Required: Grand Tributes and Tributes
Erebus’ Darkness
- Unlocks at Level: 60
- Stats Provided: Enemy Troop Defense Debuff
- Tributes Required: Grand Tributes and Tributes
Hera’s Vengeance
- Unlocks at Level: 61
- Stats Provided: Enemy Troop Health Debuff
- Tributes Required: Grand Tributes and Tributes

Remember that as you level up your Pantheon the stats on these Deities will get higher. Leveling up your pantheon essentially levels up your Deities.

Master Garrison Level 180

The Master Garrison has gotten another increase in levels with more stats. The march size stats have continued to remain consistent over the last two level releases. However, this building continues to provide some great stats for players of all types.

Draconic Incursion Combat Research

Another new research in the month of July. This research gives a lot of stats for every type of player. It also continues to build upon some of the Wonder-specific debuffs that were released earlier in the month.
