Attacking in the Demigod Realm
Attacking in the Demigod realm is certainly different than it used to be. For one, the anxiousness of losing a hero is gone completely. Secondly, although mobile traps have been in the game for quite some time now, the dynamics of the stats along with the backing of troops and mythics, and the addition of Trap Busters, have made Demigod a new era in Game of War. These quick guides are here to help you see what’s best for your city build at a glance. Gear, Runes, Gems, Banners, Monsters, and Potions are all listed here for you to in the Attack Quick Guide!
Which Stat to Choose?
As far as attacking goes, you are either solo attacking or you are setting a rally. There is also a chance that setting a solo rally could afford you slightly more stats, but that all depends on each combat scenario. In this Attack Quick Guide, we will list the best for solo attacks and rally attacks. Solo attacks we are prioritizing attack, meaning kill as many as possible. Overall, attack is number one, including type attack, and then trap attack stats when available. With Rally scenarios, we include overall attack, rally attack, then the same order as soloing. Health comes in second to attack, unless the available health in a feature significantly outweighs the available attack.
Our rule of attack versus health:
If your kill greatly outnumbers the losses then stick with attack. However, if your kills and losses are nearly equal, start putting health at the forefront a bit more to start widening that kill/loss gap.

Best Attack Gear
Gear has almost made its round of enhancements, so be on the lookout for a new release soon!. By now, everyone should have a maxed set, or several maxed sets, of Demolisher gear. You should also have the power-ups and the enhancements near maxed as well.
If no Demolisher gear at all, you want to make sure that you try and use Elite Devastator gear over Dominator gear whenever possible. If you do not have Dominator gear, then Noble gear will be your third-best choice.

Best Runes for Attack
New Runes just released this past week in the Demigod realm. For this Attack Quick Guide, we will see that the one attack rune set will work best for both soloing or rallying strongholds.
BEST RALLY RUNES
The new runes for Rallying have Troop Attack, Type Attack, Rally Attack, and Empire Rally Attack. Combined it gives over one million percent attack in one set. It’s interesting that the rune set has straight attack, with no health or defense at all. So, if you need a bit of health, you can switch out with the wonder runes (Babbling Bijou) to help build the health up.

Gems for Attacking
As previously stated, we always prioritize attack in all forms for rallies and solos. However, we do not include rally attack in solo scenarios, but you could set a “solo rally” to capitalize on the stat. Basically you set a rally and you are the only filler, thus you get the additional rally attack or rally health stats from different places.

For Solo Gems, we favor the highest attack overall in the sets. This round the Rally and Solo attack gems are the best for both scenarios

Attack Banners
We just saw an update to the Banner building. At level 1236 you are given the ability to mark your favorite banners, thus having them at the top of the list. Then, at level 1240, you open a 5th banner slot specifically for special banners. These special banners last for only 30 minutes and then have a 60 minute cool down period. You want to make sure you are paying close attention to when those banners drop because these are significant stats! They are definitely the difference between a win or a loss in many scenarios.

Attacking Monsters
Monsters are ranked based on pure attack for the given scenario of solo vs rally. The monster lair is another building with a recent upgrade. You can favorite your monsters so that they appear at the top and you don’t have to scroll to find them. Then, at the max level, you can send a second march with another attacking monster. It won’t have a hero, but it will have a monster!

Potions for Attack
For potions, we want to use this as a way to pack an even harder punch. For rally potions, we prioritize all attacks until the point where health becomes stronger. So we have attack and rally attack, along with two troop healths. Solo attacks we use as much attack as possible, then support it with some health debuff. There is a really high health debuff in potions that really help in solo attacks.
