Research continues to expand in the Dragon Dimension. For all types of players, Research is essential to success. We have two new pieces of research that have continued to increase our stats and enhance different abilities within our cities. Draconic Evolution Combat Research
The Draconic Evolution Combat Research consists of many type-specific stats with some defender only, Wonder only, and Attacker only stats. This research has some interesting features including siege stats which we have not previously seen.
While Siege is far from having stats that measure up to our other troop types we are definitely seeing a push towards type stats within the game and this makes things just a little more interesting. We are also seeing some trap stats in this research that have not been focused on recently.
Here is what is nice about this research, with the huge speeds requirement from our Tier six researches many of us have been feeling the pain of speeds flying out of our accounts. This research gives some great boosts without speeding up heavy. Let’s dive into the requirements and the stats for this research.
Materials Required for this Research
In order to complete this research you need three different types of Tomes:
- Draconic Evolution Combat Research Tomes
- Epic Draconic Evolution Combat Research Tomes
- Legendary Draconic Evolution Combat Research Tomes
The Research tree is divided into three sections each section requires a different Tome. The bad news is that you are still unable to cherry-pick your stats on this tree and even if you have enough of the Draconic Evolution Combat Research Tomes if you run out of Legendary and have not completed those lower prerequisites then you will be unable to use the ones you do have.

Wild Combat Tier 6 Research
Regular and Strategic Tier six troops have been here and in play and now Wild Tier 6 research has joined the game. This research is insane when it comes to stats! These are stats you will want! This research tree is very similar to the previous trees when it comes to cost and being heavy on speed ups. Once again you will be unable to open the troops until you have maxed all of the tier 6 research above the troops.
Materials Required for this Research
For this research, you will need your normal resources and speedups. In addition, you will need Wild Combat Research Tomes 3. Thus far we have seen these research trees run two different ways. With Regular tier 6 troops, you had to follow the progression of the tree. However, with Strategic Tier 6 you were able to unlock all of the defensive stats without moving down the research tree. It appears that Wild Tier 6 Research will follow the same pattern as Strategic tier 6 Research.
